Refinishing old hardwood floors and installation of matching new floors
After a site visit the floorshop provide excellent advice about the proposed work and a timely detailed quote for the project.
We agreed with the quote and a schedule was developed.
Polite/professional workers arrived on the the date and time promised and the work was carried out in a clean and craftsman like manner.
We were having new flooring added to the existing floor areas, so old and new flooring had to be matched. Peter was able to source out a supplier who could provide matching flooring, not an easy task since the old flooring stye was discontinued!
The crew that sanded the old flooring were efficient and worked with almost no dust. Still cannot believe that we did not have sanding dust everywhere. After each days work the crew left the house clean and tidy.
The colour for restraining was not applied until we saw how it would look and had plenty of time to ask questions.
This was a large project which was completed in 5 days.
My wife is thrilled to have new clean hardwood floors where once old scratched, yucky floors once were.
