The Door King

Very impressive service! My door broke yesterday unexpectedly and inconveniently. They were able to come this morning, were on time and very communicative. Door is fixed and they explained everything and how to help prevent the issues going forward. Highly, highly recommend!

I've used the Door King before to fix a broken part in the motor of the door opener. This past summer, a spring broke. Door King was available the very next morning to fix it. The fix was perfect and months later everything is still working great.

Years ago, through my friend's recommendation, I had The Door King to replace a pair of garage door cables. I was impressed with the quick service. The business card on file came in handy yesterday afternoon as the spring of another garage door broke. I called right away and got an appointment set up in the late afternoon. The serviceman arrived early this morning and have the problem fixed quickly. The charge was very reasonable. If I am allowed, I would not hastate to give The Door King a 12/10 rating.

I had a problem with my garage door not functioning properly. Turns out there was a broken part in the motor. Jose installed a replacement and also did a tune up of some other parts of the garage door. Communication from Dania is very good, particularly in telling you when Jose will arrive.
Overall, very friendly and good service.

The main spring broke on my garage door and it would not open. I sent them an email late in the evening and I had my door fixed less than 24hrs later. They installed a garage door on my first house 20 years ago and the garage door on my current house 15 years ago. I have neighbours who have used them as well and are very happy with their service, selection and prices. Dania and Jose are a pleasure to deal with. This is a great family run business.

The Door King installed an automatic garage door opener into our very old and difficult garage door. They worked hard, installed without complaint, cleaned up, and said if we EVER have a problem to call them right away. AND they won't charge for the service call. that's my kind of company.
