The reviews are all true. Joe responded to my message same day (on a Sunday) and tried to diagnose over the phone. He called back the next day to let me know Colin would be contacting me. Colin arrived and efficiently diagnosed and fixed the broken temperature gauge which caused an ice buildup in the freezer behind the back panel (which is out of sight) and blocked airflow to the fridge. Temp went back down to a normal 37 degrees that night (from 68 degrees). These are my new go to appliance professionals !! Thank you so much!!
