Moving was ok. Moving coordinator was disorganized, took forever to accept payment for move, difficult to reach on phone/email.
We established that they would send the same trailer truck that would be moving my goods across the country, so that I wouldn't have to pay for a small truck to pick up the goods, and for the goods to be transferred between trucks. I sent them a map and pictures of the route they should take to get to my location. My goods were in a storage locker, the location accommodates large trailer trucks all the time.
Instead, they showed up with a small truck to pick up the goods, with no explanation offered. It's not clear to me from the final invoice whether they charged extra for this. I tried to communicate with them after the move, to clarify, but received no response.
The goods were delivered fine, except for a couple of tables. They disassembled some of my furniture to make it fit in their trailer truck (not previously agreed on). They did not reassemble it on delivery, just left the parts on the floor of the new place.
