We used Tender Touch twice. First experience was fine. The second time was when we had to move back to our house after the Reno. The experience was very bad. There was confusion with the moving time and the staff there was very rude to us. At the end, we lost a few boxes, including a TV. They dropped a few boxes the next day, but one of them weren't even ours. Very disappointed with their service and would not use them ever again.

As you are aware since this was your second move with us we offer exceptional service to our clients, but that being said life isn't perfect at times things don't always go as planned but we do our best to make it right. In this case the missing boxes and TV were checked off by our warehouse man from the warehouse but our driver accidently let those few pieces on the dock, which we quickly resolved arranged delivery the following day. The extra box was our packing supplies which should have been left on the truck and as the TV got damaged our claims department settled with you so you could have it replaced. In the end mistakes can and will happen but the company that stands behind it's service to make things right it the right company to always choose.
