I called yesterday to book a service call. After waiting on hold forever, someone picks up the phone, only to ask me to hold. Why answer the phone if you aren't prepared.
Finally I speak live with someone. I explain my problem and reason for asking for a service call and he immediately starts to try to talk me out of it. I'm having problems with the oven, it's been 3 years and never serviced, and I PURCHASED THE EXTENDED WARRANTY.
He then tells me "fine, he'll send someone out but if they don't find anything wrong with it I'll have to pay for the service call".
What kind of crappy service is that!! My fancy brochure says unlimited service calls.
The other thing is - after all that he tells me he'll have someone call me within 48 hours to book the call. The service is third partied out. Even though the brochure says all calls are handled by Tasco - they're not!!!
Trust me. Don't make the same mistake we did. Do your homework before you buy anything from them. Go elsewhere!!!
