Tapworks completed two bathroom renovations for us in 2023. We are very pleased with the results and enjoy using our new bathrooms.
Each project started on time and went smoothly. Each day, care was taken to tidy up and remove the garbage as needed, eliminating the need for an outside bin.
Carlos was very patient as he guided us through the whole process and made recommendations. Marek was an excellent and skilled tradesperson who took pride in his work.
The whole team was professional, courteous and efficient.
We would highly recommend their services.

A number of years after the bathroom Reno we had a leak. There was duct tape on the shower fixture.

I am a senior. Tapworks insinuated that I taped the pipe. They told me to put the repairs thru my insurance. This was negligence on their part.
Beware of any work they do.

Carlos and team were fantastic. During the pandemic, Carlos was able to guide us through the process of listening to our requirements, adjusting them where needed, helping us through the selecting process, and arranging for delivery. Carlos and team made themselves available whenever I had a question and if I had to alter something I ordered due to change in construction, Carlos was accommodating to get us something to fit our needs and get it in on time.

I have used the Tapworks team for another renovation project at another home but for the size of this project, I couldn't have asked for a better partner for the job. You don't have to think twice about using Tapworks for your reno needs. Thanks Carlos!

Tapworks is outstanding in its customer service & quality of workmanship. We have had 2 bathrooms & a laundry room completely renovated by them. Their service is guaranteed & they will follow up even years later if issues arise...malfunctioning faucet in one case & recaulking tub at no charge.

I was looking for a contractor to renovate my bathroom, when I came across Tapworks while driving along Kingston Road. I went in and spoke to Carlos who agreed to write up an estimate for the work and described how they would go about the work.

Whereas other contractors quoted me materials like Densshield, which is a 'waterproof' drywall for the shower enclosure, Tapworks was the only company that quoted me hardie cement board. And whereas most contractors today use PEX plastic plumbing, Tapworks only uses solid copper pipes.

Tapworks also supplies high-quality fixtures, which saved me the hassle of having to go to multiple outlets and assemble my own materials.

Carlos was able to schedule my job ahead of time. Teo and Shawn are true craftsmen, and would show up to my house on time, do the work and clean up when the day was done. During the course of the reno, any issues were quickly resolved. Excellent customer service by all!

We are extremely happy with our beautiful new bathroom that included the installation of a pocket door. It’s a much brighter space with the replacement of the tub with a new shower. This is the second bathroom that we have had Tapworks do for us and, as previously, we are very impressed with the professionalism of the team and the workmanship of Teo. Carlos was extremely helpful in picking out the finishes with practical advice and suggestions.

Surprisingly, I was urged by more than a few friends to seek out this small shop on Kingston Road. After exhausting and fruitless trips to other merchants of bath and shower equipment, I dropped in to Tapworks. With a sympathetic and knowledgeable saleswoman, I selected the shower ensemble and walked out with it in less than half an hour. What an efficient and well stocked resource this is.

The staff at Tapworks were wonderful to deal with and their product selection is great. Their helpful advice was very much appreciated by us newbie renovators. Cheryl in particular provided invaluable advice throughout our frequent visits into Tapworks and whenever an issue arose, dealt with it swiftly and professionally. The whole team is a delight to deal with and we are thrilled to recommend them to family and friends. We'll definitely be back when our next round of renos begin!

We were looking for medium-end bathroom cabinet/sink, and various accessories for our basement bathroom. Some places were lovely but way too expensive- then there is boring Home Depot! We went into Tapworks to look around and Cheryl came to see how we were doing and asked if we needed help. Well after much advice and lots of fun we made our purchase. Pickup was arranged and expedited smoothly- All working at that store are friendly and helpful.

We purchased a tub and a glass shower door/shield from Tapworks. The tub had a chip in it; Tapworks handled the matter professionally and courteously, arranging promptly for a replacement. They were a pleasure to deal with, and I would recommend them.
