We went to Taps on a Saturday (bad idea) afternoon to purchase a new kitchen sink and faucet. It took us quite awhile to get help as there is no system - you just try your best to grab a salesperson! We found what we were looking for and ordered it. We were told it would be two weeks from order to delivery. After waiting for a month, I finally called to enquire. They said the fixtures were in, but they had no idea how long they had been in for and it seemed that they "forgotten" to call me. They were not only unapologetic, they were rude. They may have great merchandise, but they have some work to do on their customer service.
