Having found Sure Seal on the internet under Home Stars, we called and left a message. Anselmo called us back within the day and after we described the problem of the crack in the basement running down from the window well, he assured us that he could fix it.
The appointment was made for Saturday. He did call to say he was running late but arrived at the new time as promised. I must say that this alone impressed me. Not too often do you receive the courtesy of a follow up call saying that you are running late but will be there.
Once in the house the crew explained the process and immediately set to work. The area was acid washed and flushed with clean water. An expanding foam was then injected which would in essence seal off the leak.
From start to finish the process took about an hour and when they were done the area was totally cleaned up. Their price was very reasonable and now we can continue with the basement renovations.
I would highly recommend Anselmo and his company to anyone experiencing a similar problem.

They where very good in explaining the problem, and in how they would fix it. The contractors were very professional, came on time, effecient, works fast and have the right equipment/s to do a proper job.

I did some research on the internet about cracks and chose to try to have corrected from the inside (was hoping not to dig up all my perenials). I searched on Home Stars and found Sure Seal. I called and booked an appointment with Sure Seal. They showed up when they said they would, took off their shoes (working in the basement we had them put them back on), were professional and clean. The cracks are warrantied for 5 years and it has only been one week, but after the torrential rains we have had over the last week - they are holding up well. Thanks Sure Seal for making this experience a painless one!

I had a unique water problem in my basement that was behind drywall. It would only leak when it rained heavily. Anselmo explained what was happening, why, and how to fix it. He was on time, accurate with his diagnosis and professional. Would highly recommend.

There was a crack with lots of water pouring in, caused by lateral movement of my basement wall. Alselmo arrived on time and proceeded to fill the crack with apoxy. I watched the careful preparation of materials while he explained exactly what he was doing and why. He injected the crack, making sure there were no further leaks, and cleaned up when he was done.

That was a year ago and the repair has held up beautifully. When I thought another crack had developed on the opposite wall, I did not hesitate to call him back. He came, explained to me that I was just seeing condensation on the inside and a minor external crack that would not leak, thereby relieving my mind.

He spend time with me the second time around, but did not charge a service fee for the visit.
