There was a crack with lots of water pouring in, caused by lateral movement of my basement wall. Alselmo arrived on time and proceeded to fill the crack with apoxy. I watched the careful preparation of materials while he explained exactly what he was doing and why. He injected the crack, making sure there were no further leaks, and cleaned up when he was done. That was a year ago and the repair has held up beautifully. When I thought another crack had developed on the opposite wall, I did not hesitate to call him back. He came, explained to me that I was just seeing condensation on the inside and a minor external crack that would not leak, thereby relieving my mind. He spend time with me the second time around, but did not charge a service fee for the visit. Excellent job. Great guy.
