I had custom shutters installed which was not a problem until one of the slats was found to be broken.
The installer first said a part needs to be ordered and it's a quick fix.
When the part was ordered, another installer said the entire shutter blinds needs to be returned to the factory.
At this point I was ready to settle for the broken slat and asked to be compensated. A $50 gas card offered off an $8000.00 custom shutters. I figured that's better than nothing BUT I have yet to get the gas card. It's been approximately 4 months and now my emails get ignored. Good thing I didn't get them to do all my windows.
If you're going to spend any amount of money, don't do it with Sun Shades Window Fashion
