I have just had my thoroughly stained and dirty rec room carpets and stairs cleaned by Jay, as well as a very stained couch I was going to give away. The couch and cushions look brand new, and I will be keeping it now! He even put a stain protector in. The carpets and stairs look so clean I wish I had not put it off for so long. The price was great and Jay was very courteous and professional. I will use him again to protect and clean any new upholstery in the house.

I called Jay at Steam Kleen, when I moved into my new house, to scotch guard my carpets and sofa and chair. He arrived promptly after my call. He was courteous, polite and very professional. He took his time to ensure that the application applied was perfect and he answered my questions about the product. He also told me that I should call anytime, should a problem arise. It did! My dog had an accident. Jay came back the same day that I called, and attended to the problem. I was delighted. I have no hesitation in recommending his service. I am thankful that I can rest assured that my carpets and furniture are protected by Jay. A master of his craft!

I have used Steam Kleen now for over 3 years, with three pets and 6 grandchildren my carpets take a beating... I found a couch down the street that someone had left outside their house. I rounded up some friends, brought it home and vacuumed it. THere was still some pet hair. It was recommended that I get it steam cleaned. After googling this service, I found Steam Kleen. I called up Jay and he was pleasant and straightforward. He described the service, time frame and cost. The next day he was on time and finished on time. The couch is looking great! I was very pleased with this company and would use them again.

Jay did an excellent job cleaning both our area carpets (about 6) and three couches. He was courteous, quick and professional. After using a mass marketing cleaning service last year, which ended up providing us with mediocre service and somewhat still dirty carpets, Jay was just the opposite. In fact, he came back a few days later when some stubborn stains in a carpet still required some extra help to be removed - sans charge. Definitely would recommend Steam Kleen - hands down. Will call on J again next year.

Having recently completed a series of renovation within our newly purchased home, the condition of carpet was disastrous whit paint and dirt's , calling Steam Kleen was the best thing to do because of the last moment's notice into its jam packed schedule. The technician Jay Nader arrived on time and did a thorough and detailed job on our carpet and even took time to clean tile and grouts in the kitchen . Thanks to Jay from Steam Kleen. Jay has been cleaning our carpets on an emergency basis for a few years because our dog is old and has accidents. He's incredibly responsive, has ALWAYS managed to get the stains out and is always there when I need him. I would highly recommend him for any carpet cleaning job.
