I called Jay at Steam Kleen, when I moved into my new house, to scotch guard my carpets and sofa and chair. He arrived promptly after my call. He was courteous, polite and very professional. He took his time to ensure that the application applied was perfect and he answered my questions about the product. He also told me that I should call anytime, should a problem arise. It did! My dog had an accident. Jay came back the same day that I called, and attended to the problem. I was delighted. I have no hesitation in recommending his service. I am thankful that I can rest assured that my carpets and furniture are protected by Jay. A master of his craft!
