Repeat performance - Spring carpet cleaning. Jay arrived on time, even a bit early, went right to work, and finished cleaning our carpets in record-breaking time. The stains are gone and the carpets dried quickly, and look great.

Jay is awesome. He is very personable and provides great service. Jay arrived on time and did a great job. I called this morning and he managed to fit us in today, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

I called Jay in a state of panic because of a bad dog poop accident on a Sunday morning of a long weekend. Within a few hours (which felt like eternity because of the smell) he came. He was an hour and half later than his estimated arrival but that's not a big deal. What a great guy! He also cleaned up my carpets so well :) I definitely recommend his services!!! Without a doubt.

Jay arrived as promised, despite the blizzard. He and his colleague cleaned the sofas like new, beyond my expectations ....and, by the way, better than the last company I hired to do the same. What's more, Jay came back - again, as promised - and removed unexpected water marks that formed overnight in the drying process. Honestly, I didn't expect him to come back. I've had my fair share of bad experiences with other companies. Thank you, Jay! I wholeheartedly recommend you and your company.

Excellent job! my carpet was terrible after 1 year of never cleaning, Jay assured me it would look like new and it really did. They are efficient, accommodating, punctual, professional and I couldn't be more satisfied. They did a great job for a fair price, other companies wanted to charge me a lot more. I would definitely recommend their services.

Jay and George did a terrific job on our carpet. We had been considering getting rid of it but they made it look like new again -- and for a price we couldn't resist.
Jay is the right combination of persistent and sincere. When he found out we needed his help right away he insisted on coming out that same week -- a service his competitors could not match in the busy holiday season.
Jay arrived promptly and got the job done quickly but thoroughly. He was pleasant to talk to. He followed up to see if we were happy. And when I said I had hoped for a better turnout on a sofa he had cleaned he said he would come back to give it another go.
One note: give carpets 12 hours to fully dry, and more than a day on stairs and in the basement.
I recommend Steam Kleen and will be back. But not too soon apparently; Jay gave us useful advice to treat carpets and tiles in the meantime so we might not need to call on him so soon!

I was extremely happy with Jay’s work. I have 2 large dogs and wasn’t sure my carpet was going to look any better. Jay assured me it would and he didn’t let me down. He showed up on time and did a great job. Thanks Jay.
