Shower Deluxe

Shower Deluxe was very quick and efficient. They came to give us a quote within 24 hours, and the glass was installed fully shortly thereafter. They were incredibly knowledgable and had lots of pictures to show me as I made my decisions in terms of design and coverage. everything was done exactly as expected with no problems. Highly recommend!

The experience was excellent from initial contact (quote), to installation and even with fixing a minor issue post installation. Communication from everyone at Shower Deluxe is clear and they do exactly what they promise throughout the whole process. Quote was fair. Installation and subsequent visit were hassle free (Markus is great). Everyone has been friendly, helpful and followed up promptly. This is the third project within 20 years, in which I have turned to Shower Deluxe for their expertise. I called them directly because my general contractor's suppliers fell through. Customer care and service are topnotch, starting with their prompt callbacks from Maria, Ryan's very exacting measurements, knowledge and assistance with product and
hardware selection. Fabrication time was swift and the installation crew were nothing short of respectful, precise, neat and tidy. Our main bath looks absolutely fantastic! Dealing with Shower Deluxe was one of the least stressful moments of our renovation!

I came in for help finding a specialty part, not worth their time but they treated me like family, found the part, gave me a discount and took the time talk to me about my issue. They were exceedingly kind and professional. I look forward to doing business with them again.

My name Is Aldo Leon owner of a local custom home builder/contractor, I Usually use Shower Deluxe my custom showers and have always have great service from them. This past fall 2023 a particularly difficult custom project in the Beaches came up and Shower Deluxe was excellent. Ryan , Maria and Steve are true professionals, they came up with great solutions needed in the design stage, worked efficiently, and provided detailed drawings which were a must for this particular project. Months of planing and other prep work were finished off with a bang by the beautiful custom glass railing. We are already planing more work for Shower Deluxe in the same neighborhood and other sites in the GTA. I'm sure they will provide our customers with great service and peace of mind. Shower Deluxe did a fabulous work. They came twice to check with us the measures and the structural work required before their installation. Simplicity in design is challenging. They were easy to work with, very thorough and precise. We highly recommend them.

We had Shower Deluxe install a glass railing and hand rail on our landing outside our front door. The glass and rail was ordered and installed within a 3-4 week period. They came back to make adjustments. Service was excellent. Would definitely use them again!

I originally ordered a glass enclosure from Shower Deluxe for a main bathroom reno. They came to measure as promised and delivered early and the the price they said which was favourable compared to others and at a perfect quality of workmanship. In this day and age who is still doing this anymore. Apparently they do.

So needless to say I called them 2 months later for our second bathroom reno. Same all around. An easy recommend for anyone looking for glass shower enclosures.

Shower Deluxe has manufactured and installed L shape enclosure in our bathroom. It was a very positive experience. The crew worked efficiently and even re-did our incorrectly installed (installed by us) vertical U channels. Mark, hopefully I am not spelling his name, is such a professional! Very patient, calm and has good sense of humour, it might not seem relevant but on top of his great professional skills, it transforms any installation into a positive experience.

We wanted a sliding glass door system in our washroom to separate the vanity area from the shower/toilet area - essentially making 2 separate rooms.
I had an idea of what I wanted, but it was wonderful to speak with Steve about my ideas - what sliding system to use, whether to go with standard glass, or low iron, thickness of glass etc.
He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and his pricing was inline with the other quotes that we received. We decided to proceed with Shower Deluxe.
Ryan the specialist that came to measure was very knowledgeable as well - we went over the dimensions as it was a very tight space, and we received shop dwgs for review and approval.
The installation was a bit tricky, again because of the very tight space. The installers worked hard and did their best with the limited space conditions, however due to site conditions, the glass was a bit tight to the floor, and as a result the sliding of the door was tough to move.
The installer returned to grind down the tile in the very spot where the guide needed to go, so that there was more space for the door to slide. It now works perfectly.
We had one hiccup / miscommunication where they installed the floor guide in a spot that I did not want. I now have 2 little holes to repair.
However, after working with so many trades, trades that seriously lack in customer service, I can accept this as an honest mistake, and I appreciate that they returned (after they were paid in full) to grind down the tile as mentioned above, to make the sliding door system work better.
For that reason, I am happy to give them 10/10. I would definitely use them again.
