Shower Deluxe

High quality products but awful customer service. Our projects was a parade of errors and delays from cutting wrong holes in mirrors, to delivering wrong dimensions, to defective hinges to missing parts. I fully appreciate that these things happen in construction projects but this is the only service provider in two back to back projects I did totalling 500k that absolutely refuses to compensate a customer by granting any discounts whatsoever due to the multiple delays caused by their mistakes. They have no understanding of their legal obligations nor of good customer service. Despite spending thousands of dollars for 4 showers, they showed no good faith to compensate me for the delays caused by their mistakes and even refused to grant a very small 375$ discount which would have gone a long way as a gesture of apologies. So if you use them, you better hope everything goes according to plan because they do not own up to anything.

There was a problem with my shower sill, which they didn't cause, but they were so helpful to come back and remove and reinstall the door and glass wall. We were very pleased with our custom glass shower doors and custom mirror. Shower Deluxe staff were always pleasant to work with and they delivered on time! I recommend the Diamond finish on the glass shower doors as it makes for easy squeegee cleanup.
They even helped us out with a solution for installation of pre-fab shower doors that we were having difficulty getting installed.

Shower Deluxe was recommended by our tile contractor so we gave them a call and were happy with the quote. The company installed the doors a couple of months ago and so far we’ve been very happy. We’re following the instructions given about no cleansers on the inside area of the glass and they’re looking great.
