Furniture review in

The store has lost sight of customer focus. The staff are discretionary as to who they deal with and how. I tried to order sofas, THREE TIMES, each time the order was cancelled without explanation and only within a week of delivery! Meantime, I had donated my real furniture to Charity. No no furniture, no service, and no care --by Sears. The store has moved far away from the one we all grew up with!
