After weeks of trying to deal with a wasps who were getting into our home through a hole in an external vent, using an off the shelf product from Home Depot, we called Pied Piper, Ralph Dwight. Ralph came over immediately the next day to "take a look" and ended up resolving the problem!!! He not only fixed the problem, but also ensured that our remaining external vents were secure and without opportunities for more "guests". It was anticipated that a few straggling wasps may make their way into the house after the treatment; however, Ralph was so good that we've not seen any so far. Ralph comes to your home with a results focused attitude. He is extremely friendly, courteous, efficient, and informative. He explains things very well and doesn't wait for you to ask him the next steps...he advises or he does. He has no hesitation in any follow-up visits as required and maintains the same professionalism each time. I strongly recommend Ralph and his company for any Pest Control needs!!!

The store has lost sight of customer focus. The staff are discretionary as to who they deal with and how. I tried to order sofas, THREE TIMES, each time the order was cancelled without explanation and only within a week of delivery! Meantime, I had donated my real furniture to Charity. No no furniture, no service, and no care --by Sears. The store has moved far away from the one we all grew up with!
