Poor servie

Worst service ever. They delivered the furniture with parts missing the first time, and the second time they brought the wrong tool. They had to come three time to install one bed properly. Get ready to have your lawn destroyed when they deliver. they don't apologize and they don't care.

Dining room chairs

I am very impressed with how Dayna from Sandy's has treated my husband and myself. We have purchased a lot of furniture over the years from Sandy's and have always had great service and product. We recently had a problem with one of our leather chairs and Dayna came to our rescue, getting us a matching one with no cost to us. We were extremely impressed as to her treatment of us and would highly recommend this furniture store. We need to replace our leather Natuzzi furniture soon and will definitely be returning to Sandy's to make our next selection. All in all we are very satisfied customers.

Entertainment unit

Ensure to take pictures of what is displayed. They Show high quality furniture but will send you just opposite of what they show and then the staff will rudely ask you to adjust to their convenient time to redeliver. I was frustrated by their attitude and when I told " do you expect a customer to return back with such kind of service that u provide and the lady replied in attitude " that's your choice" and one of the staff rudely told " do you expect sandy to arrange a special delivery for you? Guys then why you show something and send something. Why you charge 89$ for delivery.????
Wooow after paying the amount you cannot have ur unit and you r on the mercy of sandy furniture. They make u feel as if the unit was a gift from them.
we are stuck and struggling to get the one what we saw.

Service

The service is so BAD!!!!!! They told us the furniture will be delivered in one month, when we pay for the furniture, but it took two month to deliver. Also, the manager's attitude is sooooooo bad!!!!!!!! The manager kept saying "We are the best. We can't do anything for you." Is this the attitude a manager should have??????? NEVER GO THERE!!! Such an arrogant guy and company!!!! So bad!!!!

We take our customer service very seriously and I know my sales manager continually updated Jimmy about the furniture arrival date and offered you free delivery for the inconvenience. Computer Desk with Wall Unit

I purchased a desk with wall unit and when I picked it up and brought it home, I discovered many nicks and scratches. The sales person stated that a "quality check" of the furniture would be performed prior to pick up. I called the sales person and after the second attempt I was instructed to email customer service. I emailed pictures and described all the deformities. I recieved an email back basically stating to "describe the issues" even though I had already described and even emailed pictures. I then called the customer service department and spoke with Andrea. When I informed her I expected more from a desk that cost over $2, 000 she proceeded to tell me that her desk cost "double this" and that $2, 000 was not a lot of money. She proceeded to say that Sandy's Furniture was a "warehouse" and that they only store the furniture and don't make it or restore it there. She said I could come by and see another one and if it was okay I could exchange it. She also said she did not know where the damage occured as I had the desk for "a week." When I reminded her that I tried calling twice but could not get a hold of my sales person she stated "why would you call the sales person you need to contact customer service". I am not sure why she would assume I know this and I found her to be extremely rude and condescending. As we were on the way to the warehouse to view the other desk, we recieved a message from Rob at the warehouse stating that the other desk had been checked over and it was also damaged. When I informed Andrea, she stated the desk was now "repaired" as their "in house" repair man fixed it. When I infomed her that she previously told me (very rudely) that they were "soley a warehouse she changed her story and said there must be some "miscommunication" and that she as the "customer service manager" would never say this. Since the desk is very large and heavy I asked her if she could send the repair man to my home or arrange an exchange. She stated that since I picked up the furniture and did not pay the $89 delivery fee, she could not as they were a "business" and needed to make money. I can not even believe the unprofessionalism of this lady and this company. I will never shop there again and am not a satisfied customer to say the least. Also this lady seemed to have some sort of superiority complex as she kept pointing out she was the "customer service manager" and had furniture that cost a lot more. A few days after I posted this, I was contacted and a repair man was sent to my home to touch up the desk. Although it should not have come to me having to post this to get proper service, I appreciate the lady who called and the repair man were very nice and helpful.

Leather Natuzzi sectional

We recently renovated our new home and were in the market for a leather sectional. It was the first big furniture purchase we had ever made and we didn't know what to expect. From the minute we walked through the doors at Sandy's, we knew we were in the right place. A decorator worked with us to pick out the perfect sectional for our space and we stayed on budget. There was no pushy sales team either. Our new sectional arrived earlier than we expected and the delivery went smoothly. Would highly recommend choosing Sandy's. Our Natuzzi sectional looks awesome and it's the finishing touch to our new room!

2 single living room chairs

We went to Sandy's furniture to look for a couple of chairs to replace a love sofa during their sales in January 2012. We eventually found nice charis at reasonable price, however, we also wasted quite a bit of time as their item tags did not indicate "display model" or "as is". We were looking at many items which were just "as is" and wanting to purcahse 2 of them. It would have been nice if the price tag had a little more info.
