I called at 10:AM this morning, I gave my address and a breif synopsis of the issue, they confirmed that they'd been here before and would I was told that I would have a technician "before noon". I told them that i was leaving town the next day and needed to run errands- I would be happy to take an apt later in the day if that worked out better for everyone. Again, it was confirmed that I would have a technician "before noon"
12:52 a technician calls me and tells me that he will be here within an hour.
At 1:40 he texts me to tell me it will be another 30 minutes later.
At 2:10 He calls because he doesn't have the correct address despite having been here before and having " all the ifnromation in the computer".
At 2:20 the office calls me and tells me that the technician needs to cancel because he's afraid of elevators. I thought this was a joke- but its clearly how Roto conducts business.
There apparently was no other tech availible in the area and I should call one of their competitors to get the issue taken care of.
