Rona Lansing - Ironstone Dr

I visited this Rona a few months ago, for the first time. This is a big, beautiful store. Great customer experience, really interesting selections, and the value you know you can expect from a Rona.

I had been looking at a couple of different stores for good furniture for my patio. The sales person I talked(don't know his name) was very helpful. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. I bought the a set from Rona and have been very pleased with it ever since. Enjoyed it this past summer and hope to for a number of more years.

The individual I spoke with during multiple visits to Rona was highly knowledgable about all products I asked about. He clearly discussed the subtleties between similar types of flooring (e.g., ceramic) so I was able to make an informed decision. Furthermore, he assisted me with other materials related to the flooring such as the grout and suggested a few colours he thought matched up well. His suggestions were excellent and it enabled me to choose quickly. Lastly, the individual was pleasant and courteous.

I am very happy with the job that was done by the staff at the Rona Lansing Store located on Ironstone Dr. Burlington. I will be back to have my kitchen done by them.

The installer could have been more deligent re finishing. The plumbing broke causing a flood. Not happy with the finished on the cabinets (kraft) Try to get new doors ordered 4 new sets none better than the first. I would go somewhere else next time.

Ashlee was very helpful and friendly. I was a difficult customer who just couldn't get the color right and she helped me figure it out. I returned a couple of times to the store because of mistakes I made and Ashlee was there to help me correct them. I'll definitely take my business to Rona in the future.

STORE IS GREAT, EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT, FOUND EVERYTHING I NEEDED. HOME DEPOT SUCKS!!!!!! I WAS A BIG HOME DEPOT FAN BEFORE BUT NOT ANYMORE...YOU WAIT FOREVER JUST TO GET SOME HELP AND HALF THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE DON'T KNOW WHAT THEIR TALKING ABOUT...NO WONDER THEY HAVE A BOOK SECTION ON HOW TO DO EVERYTHING...'CAUSE THEY SURE DON'T. ANYWAY, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH RONA'S SERVICE.

My home renovator told us that a French door would be appropriate and I went to Rona because it is close to the house. The salesman was great and the door came in exactly as it was ordered. The time frame was perfect and it looks so great. I had to stain it because it was oak.

The personel at the contractors desk make material ordering so easy and are very quick to help resolve problems. Material arrives on time and often better quality than my hand picked items.

The salesperson made sure to find a solution that worked within my budget while keeping in mind the other factors (ie. concrete subfloor, durability, etc.). I never felt like they were just trying to 'sell me something'. Much more helpful than the people at Home Depot...
