Overall, it was a good experience. My coordinator was Patrick and he was great to deal with! Love the fact that they ask for a list of items before giving a quote, ours was 100% accurate! No hidden costs, no gimmicks, the right amount of supplies & right number of people. They showed up on time (they called to let me know they were running 5 minutes late...5 minutes!), worked within the quoted timeframe, showed a lot of curtesy and care towards my items (more than half were mirrored and/or glass!) and they completed the move with absolutely no damage!
The only constructive criticism is that it can get a bit messy. The runners they use to protect the floors are a bit dirty and I don't know that they get cleaned between moves so a lot of dirt gets tracked into the house, but i suppose that is to be expected.
After the move, Patrick followed up with me to get feedback...what amazing customer service.
Would definitely use them again!
