we have a basement leak near a window that is covered by a deck. the rcc rep was very friendly and knowledgable. he showed us what portion of the deck needed to be removed so that they could access the side of the house. the crew arrived on time, did a neat job. there were no surprises. best thing is the warranty! would recommend!

I met Rick Deagazio from RCC waterproofing, he was fantastic, he explained all the products and procedures for the work, he called back and followed up before and after the work.
I did get other prices some lower and some higher, I thought the price from RCC was very fair and the comfort of the crew and company being fully insured locked the deal for me.
The crew was efficient clean and very professional.
I recommended RCC to my neighbor and she is now having the work done as well. Excellent company, great service, 50 feet of waterproofing done in one day. When it comes to this type of work, go with RCC, they are the biggest and best. Couldn't be happier.

The basement of my parents' house had been leaking for several years and after numerous cleanups, I was tasked with finding a reputable company to fix this.

During Summer 2011, I consulted with many personal and professional contacts, read many reviews and had various companies come in to quote. I even put together a budget and outline if I were to do it myself with the help of family members and friends. In the end, I decided to leave it to professionals to ensure that my parents have solid foundation to their home.

My sister recommended RCC so I added them to the list. Of all the companies that quoted, I decided to hire RCC. Although the price was high compared to others, they appeared to be the most capable and experienced. Jamie H. performed a thorough and professional review and estimate.

When it was time to do the work, RCC's crew was always on time and hard-working. They kept the work site clean and provided as much protection for the property as they could. Some areas of the foundation were difficult to work on but they still did a great job. They were also patient in accommodating my requests for extra care in the work and my watchful eye throughout the job. One one side of the house, glass on a window was broken during the work. Mario said he would fix it and less than two days later, it was fixed as they continued to work.

My appreciation to Jamie H., Mario, Marco, Eddie, Chev and the rest of the crew. They repaired and sealed the numerous cracks in the foundation, several large ones, and took the extra cares that I requested. They even finished a day or so ahead of schedule and left the job site a bit cleaner than when they arrived. So on their last day, I treated the crew to pizzas for lunch.

It has now been two summers since that project and the basement has not leaked since. I highly recommend Jamie H. and his crew. He has even been helpful with minor issues after the job was completed. If you are looking for a company that does very good work and does it right, call Jamie @ RCC.

If you are not a fan of having to wet vac your basement every time there is a heavy rainfall or the wind is blowing a certain way while it is raining, then your next phone call should be to RCC Waterproofing!!

From the innitial on-site visit and quote which were provided by Jamie Hallett (Waterproofing Consultant) to the hard work and great customer service provided by Bruno, Chris and the rest of the crew, these guys knocked the ball out of the park and did a fantastic job.

They didn't just show up, do their work and leave...they actually took the time to explain why they were doing what they were doing and you could tell that they genuinely cared about thier work and took pride in it.

Even a month later, when I noticed that there were a few places where the seal had opened a little (very minor), all it took was one e-mail to Jamie and the guys were there to put another coat of sealer over the entire parimeter, which was above and beyond what even I expected.

All and all, I would like to praise the entire team for their hard work and would recommend RCC in a second for any waterproofing work required on your home.

Two years ago, we had water coming up through floor cracks in our basement. At that time, we called another waterproofing company who installed a C-shaped weeping tile pipe underneath our floor. For two years our basement was water-free, but then water returned, worse than ever before. We called numerous companies (including the initial company who did the work) and everyone else recommended time-consuming, messy and very expensive solutions.

Our final visit was from Jamie from RCC waterproofing. Jamie came to our home in a timely fashion and spent a great deal of time with us trying to diagnose our problem. He was patient and professional. He discussed a few options, including "watchful waiting" for more water as our basement was dry at the time. He did not pressure us to make a decision.

A few weeks later, my husband and I decided to install a sump pump. We chose RCC to do the work. Jamie returned to our home to discuss the details prior to the crew starting the work. Before moving ahead, Jamie thought to quickly inspect the work that had been done by the other waterproofing company. No one else had thought to look at the work that was previously done. He detected a block of calcification at the elbow that connected the weeper to the main floor drain. Apparently, the work that had been done by the other company was poorly executed, using cheap materials. The drainage pipes did not line up correctly. After the block of calcification was freed, we witnessed a surge in drainage of the water -- water that had built up over years under our home. We recommend RCC highly and truly thank Jamie for his patience, honesty and thoroughness.

Rob O'Donnell and his crew were on time, did the job to my satisfaction. They were careful and cleaned up after the job. We were very pleased with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend them.
