We would also like to highly recommend Kham Tran who was our initial contact. He came to our house a couple of times,was very pleasant, approachable and extremely thorough in explaining the procedure and answering our questions and concerns. We have spent extensive amount of time and money in caring for our lawn. It is one of the best kept lawns in our neighborhood, as one can appreciate, we were very reluctantly anticipating the damage that would occur from having heavy equipment accessing the property of our neighbor and our work site. To further my concerns, I was not able to be present while the waterproofing work was being done. To my gratifying astonishment, not only did your crew protected our lawns from any damage, they performed minimal disruption to the work-site. The feedback from our neighbors has also been very encouraging. Your entire team, from the sales representative to the work crew has been very professional. Thanks for a job well done.

I live at the bottom of a steep hill and so this has led to water ingress issues. The RCC salesman was very good in explaining what exactly would be done, and easily accomodated a minor revision from me.

The work team was polite, and happy to talk with me about the job that they were doing. They were very fast and efficient, and did an excellent clean up.

We had a hydrostatic pressure problem in our basement with water pooling under our house and forcing its way through the concrete. The RCC team completed a perimeter drain system, installation of an additional sump, and placement of waterproof liners. We were impressed that the entire basement was completed on time and on budget. The guys worked hard, worked fast, and cleaned up as they went. We've had a few heavy rainfalls since they finished and are pleased to report that the sumps are running and the basement remains clean and, most importantly, DRY. Thanks, guys!

We called Kurt Tamowski to get an estimate on a leak we had in basement. He was right on time and very helpful. He was very good at following up to make sure that the job was done to our satisfaction. I would for sure recommend Kurt to my friends and family.

I would like to tell you of my experience in dealing with RCC Waterproofing Inc.

Since my first phone call with Danny Pasquale, I have been extremely pleased with the handling of our problem, which to us was a disaster. They put my mind at ease with what they proposed to do with their professionalism and with their knowledge of their craft. Every question that I had, and even some questions that I wouldn’t have thought of asking, Danny answered to my complete satisfaction. Danny was accessible to us at any time that we need him to be.

To cut the time needed for the project (due to inclement weather), two crews were sent instead of one. These workers were courteous, pleasant, professional, clean and the hardest workers I have met. They never stopped from the time they arrived until the time that they had completely cleaned up, even to the point of replanting trees and bushes close to the foundation that had to be uprooted. They did such a complete job that it looks as though they hadn’t even been here. And, most of them were “under the weather” at the time, which impressed me even more.

Sam, the foreman, showed us exactly where we were getting the water from and agreed to write us a letter in this regard. When the workers left, that wasn’t the end of it as Sam came back to inspect our yard two days after the completion of the work.

We have lived in our house since 1985 and this is the most professional company that we have worked with and the best experience that we have had getting work done around our property. I give them a 10 out of 10 and would recommend them highly to anyone needing their expertise.

After signing the work order with RCC, I had to call Trevor again to get an opinion regarding the leak in the other part of the basement which I didn't have waterproofed. He was prompt and he was very honest to tell me that I should not have this part of the basement waterproofed right away as the leak could be caused by something else and variables should be solved first before resorting to waterproofing. Sure enough the leak was cause by something else. In regard to the part I had the waterproofing done, this task was carried out very well by John, Raymond and Diego. Kudos to your team. The work area was very clean and they put the patio stones back to where they were only better. Thank you guys!

I had Rick Degazio from RCC come out to my home to assess my leaky basement wall. Rick was curtious, profesional and prompt to schedule a crew for the repair. The repair was completed with quality and no mess left behind. I would recommend RCC & Rick to anyone with a basement leak.
