Rcc Waterproofing

Poor customer service. Poor communication after they got my deposit. They did not reply to inquiries after they've done the work. They did NOT secure the required building permit nor advise me I needed one. They did not seal the outside part of the hole with the pipe drilled into the foundation.

Look nowhere else for home waterproofing. After the first heavy rainfall in July 2024, I couldn't get ahold of any company except for RCC. Every other company I reached out to either didn't pick up my call or gave me ridiculous timeframes and insane estimates for waterproofing. Not RCC. They took my call and scheduled the appointments quickly. Ramy was in constant communication and got us scheduled for our estimate, then the job shortly after. Our Crew Leader Choy was pleasant and completed the job in one day as scheduled. Since the job was completed, there was another heavy rainfall event and no water entering our basement thus far. I would definitely recommend Ramy and the rest of the RCC team.

I had a tenant with water seepage after all the floods. Den, Darwin and his crew from RCC to the rescue! Professional, open easy communication and fast service. These guys are the best and Im so glad I found them. Helped me every step of the way. Im confident therell be no more water problems thanks to their excellent expertise. They know theyre stuffI wouldnt go with anyone else.

This is the second time I use RCC's waterproof service. My basement had water leak in from the wall in recent heavy rainfall. The wall was blocked by my wood deck . I decided to remove my wood deck and have RCC to do the waterproof because I 'm satisfied with their work done in last year (so far so good). Again, the work had been completed satisfactory without any issue.

RCC, Omar and Mauro, did an amazing job waterproofing my house. They completed the job in a timely manner and solved my problem. I would highly recommend RCC

I contacted RCC after the big storm in July and Den came out to quote exterior water proofing. I was impressed the moment I met him, he was very polite, courteous and he clearly knows all about water proofing. His crew was great, they worked fast and clean and always left the property in excellent condition after each day.

I understand why RCC is so well reviewed, Den and Rogers crew do such good work, I can't praise them enough. 5 stars.

Small house, lowest lot. Occasionally to basement leakage. Building a deck, thought it prudent to protect the back wall. A five-man crew showed up, hand dug 6 feet X 30 feet, identified a crack, repair it. Parged, installed plastic water proofing, new tile, gravel- all in about 8 hours.

Contacted Mauro RCC waterproofing for quote basement leak assessed i was fine with the quote signed contract in July. In August Conroy and his crew from RCC removed the soiled fixed the crack left everything tidy this past weekend with all the heavy rain no leaks. ray lindsay

Jamie made the original contact and made sure he covered all the details. This was not the typical water proof which required special details and consideration. We had a 6 x 6 timber structure that had to be removed and re-installed. Jamie assured me he would get the best for the job and Marco did not disappoint me at all. We were worried that it could not be done but Marco was sure he could do it and did not disappoint us. Customer service at its best, we encountered rain days and Jamie always called and kept us aware of timing and any delays.
Not to mention Marco was a hit with the neighbour kids taking photos with his excavator. Highly recommend this company and crew!
