Rcc Waterproofing

Our basement was flooded twice this summer and we had severe leaks in our foundation. We scheduled a meeting with our local rep Daniel, and he spent significant time outlining the various options and answering all of our questions. Very quick turnaround time on getting and quote, and more time was allocated to answer questions prior to making a decision. The work team were fantastic - punctual, polite, clean and respectful....not much more you can ask for when someone is working in your home for multiple days. We were so impressed by the process and the quality of work, we have already recommended RCC to a number of our neighbours. Kudos to Daniel and the team doing the work!

My basement was leaking and I called RCC, Den came out same day to look at everything and give me a quote and booked me in to get it fixed. Adrian and his crew came out a few days later and did a fabulous job on fixing the issues.

Between the floods and poor building done by the previous owners we had a huge problem on our hands. RCC took care of us every step of the way. They were very helpful and accommodated every curve ball that came our way.

We are very impressed with the quality, speed and level of professionalism that we have received from RCC. Den was extremely helpful and supportive in navigating all the preliminary steps. Then when the work crew arrived (Troy, Michael, Jerome and Maxwell), there was no time wasted at all. That team worked extremely hard and they were mindful of the noise, damage or dirt on our property. Our neighbours could not believe that a crew of 4 men were digging in the backyard. In one day and a half, not only was the digging completed, but the work was performed and inspected by the town and the backfilling was all done. Thirty minutes after the crew left our property, nobody would know that such a big job was completed as our yard and our home (inside and outside) was left clean and tidy! Considering the amount of clay that we have here, this was simply remarkable. These 5 gentlemen are to be praised and thanked and they sure could give lessons on excellent customer care for many other contractors that have come to this house in the past. Congratulations, RCC! When I requested a quote from RCC, a consultnt promptly came to my house in Roncy Village. Along with the quote he explained the whole procedure in detail. The crew arrived on the day specified and finished everything in 3 days. I am very happy with the work. I highly recommend RCC.

RCC was very helpful. Den advised me to get a sump pump, ChrisI and his crew were pleasant, hard working and cleaned up as well as possible. Chris explained how the pump worked and how to test the battery backup. Den returned to explain the maintenance steps and even helped me fill out the Basement flooding Protection application. I highly recommend this company.

Den and Roger's team did an excellent job in excavating, installing weeping tile and waterproofing membrane as well as a sump pump.
This was very hard physical work, but it was completed on schedule and it is a valuable improvement to the house.
