I'm happy to hear that there are so many good reviews on here. We did not have the same experience. We had our foundation waterproofed and took well over a month and a half for RCC to complete. They did not fix our cracks prior to waterproofing which was part of their procedure and as a result we were still left with a leaking basement. They did come back to rectify the problem but all of this could have been avoided by following their procedure. I hope that we were a rare case because it was a waste of our time and $$$$

I am sorry to hear that your experience was not what you expected. My staff including myself followed up with your concerns after the project was not completed to your satisfaction. . We keep track of all our phone calls, visits, take pictures and store any and all information of our relationship. This allows me to review my teams performance if we have a customer such as you that is not satisfied with our service

RCC provides you with a 25 year guarantee that you can be assured is backed by people who care. We are not perfect but we try to be. And when we are not we go back and make it perfect.
