Quan TV Appliances

One of the appliances was not new and they claimed that it was. Very disappointed. I hope others people know about this. We should have gone somewhere. Trying to save a bit of money at Quan is not worth it.

Their prices are definitely better than big box store like futureshop, and generally you can negotiate some additional discount off their tag prices too.

I couldn't comment much on their service since I didn't really use any. I did my research on the products I want, and I just went there to get a price and purchased them.

The items were delivered on time, but I didn't have them hook it up for me.

I don't believe they offer any satisfaction guarantee or return policy, so make sure the product is what you want before you go and buy it!

There is a lot of competition in the appliance industry and Quan Appliances have been able to beat the price everytime. We're very pleased with the JennAir, Bosch & Whirlpool laundy appliance packages we decided to go with.. Delivery was on-time and after-care service was great...but only when we dealt with Julio. When Julio was on vacation, his replacement was not very helpful but I won't take away any stars for his substitute.

I went to Wally Quan for information and advice on appliances when renovating my kitchen and looking for all new fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher. My parents had sourced all their new appliances from him too, so recommended him. Wally gave me HONEST info and steered me in a slightly different direction than the one I was headed in before meeting with him. I bought all of my appliances from him and now, a year and a half later, I'm still delighted with my decision and purchases. Delivery came when promised and the fellows were polite and prompt. I'm a very happy customer!

They have great prices on appliances. However their delivery is incompetent as they came on the wrong day and they would not pick up our old appliances. They only delivered to the hallway and not to the kitchen where the appliance would naturally go.

I live in Unionville and recently heard about Quan's Appliances on Hwy 7. This place is famous in my area and after one visit it is clear why. Quan's offers great service and affordable appliances at great prices. Even replacing the LG fridge water filter was a cinch - value wise, it was competive against any other supplier out there. The actual ower Quan lives in Unionville too, didn't realize this guy owns a whole chain of stores. He must be doing something right by bringing great service and value all around. His store has made my kitchen look great, very happy with Quans and would highly recommend the store to anyone.
