Quality Improvements Management

After six months we have not been able to get a completion date and now have to call in someone else to complete the work. The contract changed throughout the job and Dan refused to put anything in writing and insisted on getting paid in installments before he would do any more work .We felt held hostage as he would not come in and provide a schedule, made several promises about date of completion and it's now been six months as we have yet rec'd a response on a registered letter sent to him.
