They have responded to our alarm when it was triggered and also have the RCMP sent here. We feel they care and are responsible. They are patient when we accidentally set the alarm off.

Prior to the take over, I've been with Reliance for many years. Based on the payment arrangements made for me, I so appreciate in the way it was handled very professionally by your staff. First I spoke to a male, then a female when I phoned she did not know of the arrangement made a few days before. She handled herself very professionally after my explanation. My best friend Marcia, whom (I've know for over thirty years) is also with ADT. I've always thought that ADT was the most
expensive of all security Companies, but this was an eye opener.
From the time the take over was done, everything went
smoothly. I spoke to Cecil who explained about the take over to ADT, he gave me such great service. And, I was able to make payment arrangements. Of all of my most recent dealings with
other companies regarding my utilities, ADT stood out as the
BEST with the service I received. To me ADT still ranks "the Best" I sleep better just knowing that I am safe.
