I have been with ADT-Protectron for several years. So far, I have no complaints about them. I find my alarm system easy to use. I would recommend ADT-Protectron to anyone who wants a security system.

The alarm system itself is great. However, the customer service is an abomination!
First off, the sales reps will promise you anything to get you to sign the contract and anything said to you verbally doesn't mean anything. Train your reps properly! Offering freebies just to make a sale is unethical.
Secondly, they are dishonest. I had a problem with my account and was told a supervisor would look into the matter and get back to me. 1 month later and I never recieved a call back. When I called to ask about it I was told by a representative that the issue was not important enough to warrent a call back from a supervisor.

Once our contract is up so am I. I will take my business somewhere that doesnt treat their customers like they are worthless.

I have been with ADT-Protectron for several years now. I have no complaints about them. They provide great protection to my house. I am feeling very secure, and I would recommend ADT-Protectron to my friends and family.

we know we are being monitored, as they even call when the battery needed to be changed. great service. We would strongly recommend ADT-Protectron to anyone that needs a security system.

Excellent service, I can rest easy knowing that this security system is fully operational. I have no complaints. If anyone asks about getting a security system, I would recommend ADT-Protectron.

I appreciate that I can set the alarm or disarm on my smartphone. I am very happy with the fact that I can hear the alarm telling me that someone just opened the front door, side door or outside (garage door).

I loved Protectron, until today! We have been customers for about 10 years!!! Apparently we have had a "verbal contract" since 2012 and we are locked in now until 2017. Really? I have no documentation of this whatsoever!!! In order to get out of our contract we apparently owe them over $600. (The equipment is old and long paid for) ADT-Protectron are thieves!! Do not go with this company and their "verbal contracts" Its a load of crap! So much for customer loyalty!!!

The call centre staff ALWAYS answer my question or transfer me to the correct person. They have a sense of humour and are nice to deal with. The call list instructions are followed to the letter.

I have no complaints regarding my system. My experience so far with Protectron has been very positive. The sales person and the fellow who did the hardware installation were both very good to deal with.
