The alarm system itself is great. However, the customer service is an abomination! First off, the sales reps will promise you anything to get you to sign the contract and anything said to you verbally doesn't mean anything. Train your reps properly! Offering freebies just to make a sale is unethical. Secondly, they are dishonest. I had a problem with my account and was told a supervisor would look into the matter and get back to me. 1 month later and I never recieved a call back. When I called to ask about it I was told by a representative that the issue was not important enough to warrent a call back from a supervisor. Once our contract is up so am I. I will take my business somewhere that doesnt treat their customers like they are worthless.
