Don't bother - look for another company!
We had the system installed when they were Reliance Protectron and recently had renos done which caused the monitor to beep. Phoned ADT and they told me how to turn it off - but now the monitor does not work at all and they want to charge $99 to come and fix it! Oh, and they also want to charge me to sell me some more sensors! So, no thanks. Getting through to them is a nightmare and tech support don't really know what they are talking about. Look somewhere else!
