Alarm was not activating and called ADT to address issue. Tech came on site and identified contact was damaged due to reno and I was informed that it was chargeable. I called Customer Service 2 days later and I was informed that work is covered under warranty and its NOT chargeable, so I scheduled a tech to fix the problem. Tech came back on site and I informed him what was discussed with the customer service and he told me that its not covered under warranty and its chargeable. I refused the service due to conflicting information given. I called customer service back and agent spoke with the Supervisor and I didn't get anywhere. Even though the agent could sense my frustration on the phone and wouldn't let me speak with the manager.
I GUESS THIS IS THE TYPE OF SERVICE I SHOULD RECEIVE FOR BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 10 YEARS!!
