Adt Protectron - Out of Business

Had Adt Protectron system installed, ADT had to send technicians 7 different times to get the system and cameras working properly. The cameras were so blurry that you could not make out at all he person that went I tithe backyard. After 7 calls ,was told to call customer service. Spoke to a woman supervisor who was absolutely rude, horrible and should be fired the way she spoke to me. She got Me so nervous I couldn't even sleep that night. I did not get her name because I was so upset at her horrible way she was speaking to me. I am a senior and did not deserve this rudeness. Never will reccomend ADT Protectron to anyone. Stay away if you do not want headaches or terrible , deplorable customer service by their head supervisors. Switching to one of their competitors Rogers who have better cameras,systems and proper supervisors who can actually be civil talking to customers.
