Recently purchased a condo from Pratt Homes and the experience could not have been better! Despite having to move everything online due to the pandemic, they made it seem like it was a piece of cake.

Ramzi has been exceptional from the moment we walked into the sales office (which was very welcoming and designed beautifully), and Cynthia was extremely helpful in reviewing our contract. Both Ramzi and Cynthia have made us feel confident in our purchase, and have gone above and beyond to answer our questions/concerns. Truly feel like we are a part of the Pratt Homes Family!
