Last month I closed on my new condo at Manhattan, and so far I've been loving the experience with Pratt Homes. From Sales, through Decor and my experience with Construction was great.
There were a few issues along the way, I'd have been shocked if there weren't, but everyone has taken such great care of me.
Special thanks to Christine on the construction site, Gemma in the construction office, and Ramona/Gary in the service office. They've all taken any questions or minor complaints and blasted right through. My wife and I are so happy.
