Mike is very courteous, knowledgeble and quick!
First off, Mike called to let me know that he was running late.
When he arrived he got right to work. He was fast and efficient with the installation.
He took the time afterwards to explain how the screen works and the warranty. He is knowledable on the product and great with customers!
