Our new Phantom screen door was ordered, delivered and installed, all within the estimated time frame. Mike (from Phantom) installed the retractable screen door today and then took the time, despite the cold temps, to demonstrate the operation of the door. He also fully explained the maintenance for the door and warranty coverage. Mike's professional yet personable approach represents his company extremely well. We can't comment yet on the door itself since it's November and we're too late in the season to actually use the new door now.
