Permanent Pool & Patio

Purchased a Hot tub in February with a 12mth Warranty. It stopped working in July and I contacted Dino the owner and who I purchased from. From then it went down hill I was calling the company daily to find out when it would get repaired. He never returned my calls, gave me incorrect information and when he finally did send his guys they did not bring the part. Oh and his guys were smoking on my property and were a group (3 of them) which you wouldn't want hanging around. It went from bad to worse with the false promises and was really stressing me out. Finally I contacted the Ontario Consumers Complaint who told me to send them a letter first so I called left a message again that I was making a complaint and they called back 20 minutes later to say someone was on their way to repair it....all in all it took 12 weeks, it was atrocious, the level of service they supply diabolical and I will never use them again!

I purchased a sunrise spa from these guys and they did an awesome job putting it in. And that's when it all went downhill.
As being a new spa owner they offer no support or help. This brand new spa came faulty from the factory. The pump didn't work. Took them a week to come out after it didn't start up. Numerous phone calls and nothing from them.
Had another problem with the panel. 2 weeks again calling, and Dino is busy with a customer. No return of phone calls. Said they were coming by on a Saturday. Never shows up. Forget it. Paid someone myself.
This guy is a joke. Don't waste your time or money with these winners.

I needed a new hot tub cover basically, they came over and took the measurements of the tub, they tell me that all the covers are custom made and I should be expecting it in 7-10 days. This was Feb 17th, I received the cover March 13th. They were suppose to meet me at my home at 5pm, I rush home and to my surprise the new cover is on my tub? who let them in u ask? NOBOBY!!! the gate was locked so they must of climbed over with a ladder I assume and to top it all off the custom cover is TOO BIG!!! wtf?
So a phone call was put in right away that friday and was told that on monday afternoon someone will contact me, I got nothing. So we will see what happens!!!
I Do NOT recommend these people at all.

Returned a faulty panel for replacement per the warranty agreement. Called numerous times over 2.5 years. Said he would get back to me. Never did. Would not recommend this company.

We purchased an large outside hot tub 2 years ago...and it is still on warranty....however it has needed repairs 3 times in 2 years....and it is always the same problem.
Regarding the service, we have to call numerous times sometimes 6 or 7 before we get any type of response. It has taken them weeks to come and repair the problem...seems like once they have your money....and you are still on warranty....you do not get service.
I would not recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase pool or hot tub.
