This is the second time we have had a roof replaced by Penfolds and I would like to take this opportunity once again to thank you and your company for all the work and consultation you have provided to us. We had used Penfolds eleven years ago at our previous home and were so impressed then that we knew that there would be no other roofer we would use for our current home. You are to be commended for the excellent quality of work and the prompt and efficient service you provide.
We are very glad that we took Sean’s advice and went with Ecoroof rubber shakes. It looks amazing and it is very comforting to know that it has a 50 year warranty that is transferable should we decide to sell the house. I am sure this will be a selling feature. Many people have driven and walked by complimenting us on the look of the roof as well. The curb appeal of the house is lovely and the quality of the workmanship is evident.
It was a refreshing experience to deal with a company which did exactly what it committed to do. From the initial contact with your salesman (Sean Crowther) onward through all the delivery people, workmen, supervisor (Jason) and office personnel, we were treated like we were your only customers. We would not hesitate to use Penfolds.

Our house was built in 1921 and there were at least 5 layers that had to be stripped, to say the guys worked hard would be an understatement. It was a year ago this summer and just as hot. The guys had to strip and then carry all this materiel to a bin.
They left every day as if they had never been there, cleaner than when they arrived, took great care to make sure that all my wife's plants were safe.
I cannot say enough about Penfolds and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone thinking of having work done on their roof.
