Penfolds did an amazing job with our roof and gutters. Sean was super informative and answered any questions we had with a great attitude. The crews that they sent were fast and efficient. We would definitely recommend Penfolds to anybody looking to get their roofing done.

After 27 years, we finally decided to replace our cedar shake roof. I requested a quote via Penfolds website and received a call from Michael Schoeman the same day. I was extremely impressed with how accurate he was with the dimensions of our roof and how prepared he was in answering all my questions. Once he provided us with some estimates, we decided on the EcoRoof rubber shakes. We found their pricing to be very competitive and the warranties were impressive.
Everyone connected with the project was extremely professional; from the crane operator who delivered and set the materials onto the roof, to the truck driver who carefully placed the Waste Bin on our driveway.
Michael dropped by the first day, to ensure everything was delivered and on schedule, and he and Jason, the project manager, also came by several times during the project to check in, and ensure all work was being completed to our satisfaction. I can’t express enough how professional, friendly and extremely hard working the crew was, a few times putting in 12 hour days, finishing the roof within a week. After personally inspecting the roof, I can’t believe how impressive and precise the quality of workmanship was. I have never seen anything done better.

We had our new roof installed by Penfolds Roofing and Solar. We could not be more pleased with the result. The new asphalt shingle roof looks even better than the old cedar shake roof it replaced. Our Penfolds representative, Adam Boyes, was patient and supportive as we worked our way through the process of material selection and logistics. The job was commenced in a timely fashion and completed ahead of schedule. Our neighbours even remarked that the roofing crew was respectful and efficient. When the job was completed the cleanup was thorough. Penfold’s communicated well throughout the process of installation and final inspection. We do not hesitate to recommend Penfolds.

We had flat roofed duplex re-roofed. Work was clearly explained and then detailed in our quotation. Workers were efficient and professional. Old roofing was removed before the new roof was applied. New plywood was applied in areas that had softened. All flashings were replaced. We checked on the progress several times and were always welcomed on the worksite. Our tenants were treated with respect and every effort was made to take their needs into consideration. Everything was completed in a timely matter (about 10 days for that large area). Area was left clean and tidy.

Last winter, a wind storm blew shingles off my roof. I called Penfolds Roofing and Michael returned my call later that day. He arranged for a temporary repair and came over for an estimate. After the repair was complete, I asked Michael for a specific date to do the roofing job and he was more than happy to arrange that. I also asked Michael if I could have the facia boards ahead of time to paint them to match the house. Michael brought them over in plenty of time and they matched perfectly. The roofers were kind and very professional. Jason, the crew manager, came by and answered any questions I may have had.
The clean up was so good it was like they were never there. Thank you Penfolds for the great job. The roof looks fantastic.
