Penfolds service was outstanding. They were very accommodating in working with us to complete the job in our limited time frame. Any queries we had during the work process were answered promptly. All contact personnel from the sales representative to the workmen were very polite, professional and efficient. Despite rain delays and our limited time frame the job was completed on time without compromising quality. I would happily recommend Penfolds to anyone considering a roof replacement.

Penfolds did a phenomenal job replacing our old roof with their Cedartwin Laminated Roof System, service and work was first rate and they were able to start installing it two weeks earlier than scheduled.

Roderick and his roofing crew were very hard working, polite and very respectful. They placed tarps on the ground to catch debris, cleaning up each day leaving nothing behind. Their attention to detail was bar none, even installing a small piece of flashing on the edge of a peak where none had been installed before by two previous roofing companies, to direct water down into the lower eve trough, instead of it rolling over the edge as it had done in the past, to painting the flashing around the Chimney.

Their technical advisor, Michael Schoeman was very knowledgeable and took the time to go over their warranty, among other things, which is insured and transferable should we ever decide to sell our house. Michael also came to our place several times before we finally went with Penfolds, taking the time to answer all of our questions. Michael has a great attitude and his approach was informative polite and respectful. Michael continued to check in and drop by during the install process, as did the roofing crew’s supervisor Ron, making sure everything met with our expectations.

Their Display room was most helpful in our decision on the type of roof best suited for us. Michael was also very prompt in providing us with an initial quotation.

We are extremely impressed with the service and work from beginning to end! Starting with Dylan and his professional advice. The roofers actually started the work one week early then expected. Job was finished in 2- 3 days. Everyone was so professional and GREAT WORK on the roofing and the clean-up was excellent, nothing was left behind. Highly Recommended!

I am very happy with the new roof on my house. My old roof was in bad shape, and replacement was due. I wanted it done before winter and Penfolds actually started sooner than estimated due to a sudden cancellation.
The work crew were very professional and worked steadily with just their lunch break. The job was done by early afternoon. They made sure to put tarps over the ground and on my deck to catch debris. The clean up was immaculate. Would definitely recommend Penfolds.

Years ago we entrusted Penfolds with the installation of our metal roof. We were so impressed by the company that we stayed in touch via their website. When we realized that Penfolds had branched out into installing solar panels, we contacted the company. After a meeting with Adam, who supplied us with graphs and calculations regarding savings in the event we decided to go for the solar panels, it was a 'no-brainer' to have solar panels installed. The process was pain free as everything was taken care of by a very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt staff. We highly recommend Penfolds.

Penfolds Roofing came in with the highest quote, but I chose them because I was impressed with their warranty and long established reputation. In the end, I was happy with their workmanship and final product. Dylan, our sales rep. and Adrian, the project manager, were very professional when a small issue arose. I hope my new roof and gutters exceed my expectations in the years to come.

It took quite a while for the work to begin after paying the deposit but after it got started the crew worked full on days until it was done about six days later. Roof looks great. Excellent attention to prep, clean up, safety and everything in between.
We were amazed at how difficult the work must be and how the crew ploughed right through it.
We had cedar shingles replaced with asphalt and gutters.
