Based on quotes, Penfolds was the most expensive, however mid way through the project is was certainly apparent you get what you pay for. Quality, professionalism, promises kept, site was cleaned each and every night.
No doubt we made the proper choice

We are happy to recommend Penfolds Roofing & Solar Company. They were very professional in completing our new roof, at the end of September, 2017, here on Mountain Village, in East Abbotsford.
We had considered them, based on the good standing they have earned over the past eight decades, in the Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas, here in BC, Canada. Also, they have a comprehensive and transferable guarantee of their workmanship and product.
Their Technical Advisor, Michael, was very helpful in putting the Project into gear. Their estimate was reasonable and accurate, and all was completed in a timely manner.
Their crews, lead by their Commercial Field Supervisor, Adrian; and actively lead on site by Joey (for the Main Roof) and Joel (for the Flat Roof portion) were all very efficient and experienced in their work and rated highly in their work ethics. The majority of this work was completed inside of three days of "long-hours' and hard work by all. Clean-up was completed each evening prior to leaving the site.
It was a fairly complex roof, with various slopes and dormers, greater than 3000 sq. ft., and encompassed a change-over from Cedar Shakes to Premier Tri-Laminated (Certainteed TL) Asphalt Shingles, plus their Penmax Flat Roof portion, over our Patio.
To all other members on the crews (a further half-dozen, or so) we also would like to say "A Big Thank You", for your hard work and dedication. Some names of others were: Geof, Cedrick, Sean and our apologies are extended for not getting a group-photograph and the names of all of you, but you know who you are, so you too can likewise take a bow. Also, thanks to the Internal Office Staff for their valued contributions as well. All were worth to be well paid, to at least Union Rates, or more.
And, as they say, out West, This was "Not Their First Rodeo".

My wife and I were delighted with the great job done by the Penfolds crew who replaced our old ragged shake roof with a very attractive Cedar Twin Premiere Tri-Laminated Roofing System. They replaced our old skylights as well and arranged for new gutters from Pro Image Gutters. The roofing crew was exceptionally pleasant, hard-working , and fun to have around. The gutters were icing on the cake.
The job was completed to a high standard, and it is great not to worry anymore where the next leak would appear. Did I mention the great guarantee?

Replacement of asphalt shingles to ECO Slate Rubber Roof was done in one day. The busy month of Aug. 2017 must have counted for the 6 day delay to remove the dumpster and inspecting the job. However, the project inspector, Ron, was very good in answering my questions and resolving a smaller unrelated issue. I am very satisfied with the look of the new roof, the work crew and would not hesitate to recommend Penfolds.

We needed to replace our cedar shake roof on our home. The cedar shake was in need of replacement. Sean showed us the rubber shake product along with the extensive warranty on the roofing and labor. The crew worked from eight AM to eight PM for five days. Our roof is large with a lot of different slopes. At the end of each day the yard was so clean you never knew there was a roof being replaced. I can't say enough about how skilled the crew was, and how happy we are with the product. Their have been no issues with the roof at all.

Craftsmanship was very good. Did not communicate with subcontractors very well. (ie bin drop location). There cleanup at the end of the day was poor. We had to ask them after the first day to do so. Workers left cigarette butts in our lawn? Distgusting!

I am very happy with our penfolds low slope metal roofing. Their service was professional and accommodating. While their quote wasn't the lowest, Shaun presented the quote professionally with all our options. From the start of the project to the end, he was very helpful with any questions. The workmen were also very polite and helpful with any questions. The project went really well, was very clean, and we were very pleased with the roof. Our cedar roof was due to be replaced after 20 years. We saw the work that was done on our various neighbours’ roofs and Penfolds was on our shortlist for quotes. After meeting with Michael, we had a better understanding of the options: cedar, asphalt and eco rubber. We were impressed with the efficiency and tidiness of the crew- 6 men! Their warranty is one of the best.

We were very pleased with the service and workmanship that Penfolds supplied, when I look at other roof replacements in our area I feel ours was superior to most of them.
