I had my new furnace installed today by Bradley&Kyle D,I was so impressed by the workmanship and their professionalism these two pro's showed. When job was completed the guys went over everything with me I was so impressed how clean the work area was,customer for life. Thanks and great job . I would also like to thank Norm Johnson for fitting me up with the proper furnace and escalating the install so I have heat the same day.Cheers

We were very pleased with the team from Peel Heating, led by Marcel, who installed a new furnace, water heater and A/C for us recently. It was a challenging job due to the tight spot to work in and it being a 'downflow' furnace but they worked steadily - not even stopping for lunch! Over 12 hours later, the job was finally finished but not before having to deal with some trouble shooting concerning electrial fuses. It all got sorted out and we are happy with the new, more efficient furnace. I would recommend Peel Heating to anyone wanting a truly professional job done. We feel confident with their workmanship and probably they do too which is why they back up their products and services with guarantees.

Called Peel Heating & AC in the morning and technician Bruce came in the afternoon. I always ask for Bruce. He’s friendly, patient and always explains what he’s doing.

Thank you Peel Heating . Had Ray the technician come out to my house and inspect my furnace he came out faster than I was quoted which I was happy about. They made a complete inspection of my furnace and advise me on the proper route to go. I was quite happy how they handled my service call that I signed a contract for a year on both air and furnance.

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and helpful as was my technician Bruce. My window of service was from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon and at 8:00 am , I received a call from your company advising me that Bruce would arrive shortly...which he did. I appreciated the phone call and Bruce's timely arrival. Bruce was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and provided me with information. I was very satisfied with the receptionist handling of my fist call Dave,s knowledge and professionalism of the equipment & service needed most of all technician Alex installation his war was impeccable. There was minor hiccups with the paper work. Overall very satisfied highly recommended

I am looking to replace my 19 year old furnace and got a sales rep from a few different contractors including Peel Heating. Jason shown up on time and before he got into his presentation I asked him questions about himself and the company. Even though he has only been with Peel and in this industry for a short time, he answered all of our questions. Then he began to talk to us about the furnace, how it worked, what its functions are and what a big difference we would notice with a new furnace. He also explained the rebate program that was potentially available to us. He took his time to explain everything to us and made sure we completely understood what he was talking about. He then gave us a quote and left it for us to discuss without pressuring us for the sale. In the end I decided to go with different contractor only because of the brand of furnace I prefered. I would totally refer Jason from Peel heating if you are looking for a Lennox furnace or a/c unit

It was inevitable. The furnace had a life span of 20 years and we were past that point. I called Peel Heating for a check up and after the assessment, the technician 'Dex' gave me the scenario and options. I decided to go with a replacement and met with Dave Green who provided all the information in simple terms that I could understand, made sense and offered a long term solution. Purchasing a new furnace/A/C is no fun, but working with Peel Heating made the experience palatable. The installation technicians arrived on time, were polite, very professional and they treated our home respectfully. Bradley, Kyle D and Kyle H were all friendly, fast, efficient and answered any questions I had. They each took the time to 'walk me through' what they replaced, how the furnace operates and how to change the filter. The service was excellent and Peel Heating will be back in the spring to ensure the new A/C is doing what it should. Furnaces cost a lot of money, but having top quality products and consistently excellent service along the way helps ease the pain. I highly recommend them.
