I received a call before the technician arrived. Dexter arrived promptly. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick to identify the causes of the furnace deficiency and provided helpful advices. This is my first time using Peel Heating and it has been a positive experience and I recommend their service.
