Paris Kitchens

We had no choice but to go here to design our kitchen for our new construction home. The guy we sat down with was annoying. Kept stonewalling when we wanted to make minor changes to the layout. Made a second appointment with him to make some changes, and we drive from Brampton to Markham and when we get there he cancels on us. Totally unprofessional.

If I have choice in my next new build I would definitely choose someone else. If I don't have a choice, I won't buy the house!

Paris kitchens installed the kitchen in our subdivision. We inquired about adding on a pantry and confirmed with someone on the phone. No one called back and when I called the customer service rep said they were not taking any orders for a year. Ridiculous.

Our cabinets are also chipping very heavily in many spots. Unacceptable in a new high end home.

Paris Kitchen use very cheap material and workmanship . Every body can see my kitchen island attached pictures for proof. No warranty coverage after two ears . Never choose Paris Kitchen

Purchased kitchen and regret customer service very poor. Wish w has bought from Ikea instead. Letter to owner to complain is still not answered. Don't advise anyone to waste their money.

I paid over $23,000 for my kitchen last year and soon after it got installed, the paint started chipping. Of Course, the PM that came over blamed it on me that its my finger rings!! REALLY!!! In 11 months they had to come 3 times for touch up. And guess what.....its chipping again and when we complained, their Director of Operations emails me that it is customer's wear and tear and they are not responsible. NOT AN ACCEPTABLE ANSWER!!!

I would NOT recommend anyone to buy kitchen from them.

I can only give Paris Kitchens one star; and only because they have one excellent installer who actually cares about his work. The company, however, has no concern in providing quality customer service or professional work. I am in a Condo building with less than 80 units and after four months still waiting for the company to completely provide the kitchen I ordered and to repair the numerous errors. The experience has been so negative that I wish I purchased the condo without a kitchen and hired a private company who cares about their product. I have attempted polite correspondence after four months of waiting and the Company representatives made it clear that they are not concerned about the issues of quality or delays.

Examples of problems:
Holes drilled into cabinet doors for handles in the wrong place and company doesn't replace until you list on Tarion warranty.
Drawers missing and when they are delivered they are the wrong size and then the installer is not provided with the tracks to install when this problem is rectified.
Fridge Panel delivered in August 2015 for the wrong size Fridge and an order is not submitted for a replacement because they presumed the delivery was made and installed. The second set arrives in December 2015 and they are still the wrong size; the Kitchen company attributes the problem to the measurements provided by the Manufacturer of the Appliance.
Damaged cabinetry; gouges, knicks, glue on interior surfaces. Other issues include damage to wood floor from installation; gables between the appliances are differing heights; gables are not flush with the cabinetry; screw holes pushed right through the cabinet walls; peeling; missing interior shelves.

Paris Kitchens did all the units in the new condo building I bought into. When we first moved in there wasn't a single cabinet that wasn't scuffed or damaged. doors are misaligned by almost an inch and we were told they couldn't do anything about it. Handles had been mis-installed and they just left the screw holes there in the door. They are extremely hard to get back to fix the issues.

Cabinetry was ordered at the wrong height. After paying $58k you would think they would have attention to detail. Nope, not the case.

There are dents/scuffs and dents throughout the entire kitchen. The knobs/pulls were finally installed after waiting 2 1/2 weeks after our closing date and now the cabinets won't open as they are misaligned. We paid for the kitchen a year ago. You would think they would have them in stock and ready to go. Paris missed pulls/knobs on the desk, but now they can't be installed - another back order.

I could go on and on, but there are too many items to list. I think you get the picture.

I filed a formal complaint with the developer against Paris.

I bought unit in downtown, luxury condominium, the kitchen was done by Paris kitchens, very bad quality, the desighn is so stupid, and finish of the cabinets cant even explain how bad it is,
Never ever buy kitchens from Paris kitchens

We worked with Paris Kitchens to design a new kitchen for our new condominium. They are very professional and their show room is very impressive. Their designers were well trained and knowledgeable, however we dealt with 3 designers throughout the whole process and sometimes a few items were not communicated clearly among designers. The designers are very skilled at what they do, lots of great ideas and their workmanship was top notch. Pricing is a bit steep however the quality of products is high so I guess you get what you pay for. We changed our minds several times, even though we agreed on something but rethought it after several days, and they were very accommodating in making the changes. However, if you make a change once production has started there will be a fee, and rightly so. Easy to work with, good quality and would recommend to those looking for a high end kitchen.
