This is ths second time using Invision. The first job went so well and looked so good that it was an easy decision to use them for phase two. This was a hardwood staircase. Again the advice given in planning the project, the install and final product results were all above expectations. Thanks to Roy and crew!

I was in the process of remodelling my kitchen and was looking for flooring that would blend with my 27yr old strip hardwood. I knew I did not want ceramic...too hard and too cold! It was suggested to me that I look at cork as an option and I was referred through another contractor to Dov at Invision. He was very informative and we looked at several options, but in the end decided that the cork would be the best solution. We are thrilled with our decision. The floor looks amazing and is so comfortable to stand on. The installation was done on schedule and the work completed by Jamie (who is an artist) and his partner seamlessly, cleanly and with precision! I am also in the contracting business and understand that the process of choosing a contractor can be daunting. You will not be disappointed if you choose Invision...from initial contact to installation...they were great!

The guys did a great job and worked so hard, we were very impressed. Some of the areas were very difficult but they did a fabulous job. The floors look great. I found you on the Internet on HomeStars (you had good reviews). I wanted someone north of the city and you were close to York University an area that I know well. Also, when I went to your store both you and Dov were very knowledgable and very nice to an older woman, which is not always the case. I noticed when I was in the store that you had some great cleaning products. I will probably come by some time in the next week for that.

After shopping around for hardwood floor suppliers/installers, we narrowed it down to 3 with the best rating at homestars PLUS the best price. After speaking with all of them, we felt most comfortable with Dov and decided to go with Invision. Best part is, he matched the price quotes given by the 2 others, which made the deal even sweeter. Moreover, despite the price reduction, we received the same quality of wood, baseboard, and service that we wanted when we started talking with Invision. With regards to the installation, they finished everything in a day and a half as scheduled and agreed upon. We will recommend them without hesitation for sure!

Throughout the project Roy was exceptionally professional, friendly and accomodating to our needs and budget.
He laid out the best options for us in a clear and concise manner.
The crew was very polite and finished ahead of schedule.
All in all, a stress free professional experience!

Two years ago Invision Hardwood & Decor put hardwood floors throughout our second floor of the home, sanded and stained our stairs to match and painted our staircase; they did a great job with all that so when deciding to to upgrade our basement floors we went back to them.

They did not disappoint this time either. The cork floors look beautiful. They also constructed and installed new maple stairs stained to match the cork. Latly, they did a full paint job with significant prep work to complete the look.

Dust and disruption was minimal and the work was done exactly as promised.

I would recommend Invision, Hardwood & Decor to anyone looking to upgrade their home.

What impressed us the most with Invision Hardwood's service was that Dov spent a lot of time answering my questions and listening to all my concerns. I never got the feeling that I was being rushed or that my concerns were silly. He took the time to consider each aspect.

When I got cold feet at one stage of the game and considered backing out of the agreement he was genuinely concerned for me and reassured me that I had made a good choice on product and colour. I really appreciated that conversation.

We shopped around for hardwood floors and decided to go with Invision because their price is reasonable and they can do stairs. Dov always takes time to explain things in detail and provided a very detailed quote. We love the Mercier wood and the metal pickets that Dov recommended. The workmanship is excellent.
