We hired Nancy to stage our 1,300 square feet townhouse. We always thought that our house is small, and that we are very limited in terms of what we can do with the space. When Nancy stepped in, she was very quick to see the potential of the space. In less than an hour, she has a concrete idea of how she will stage our house and walked us through her plans per room. Within 24 hours, Nancy emailed us a detailed quote and action plan for the staging of our home. Being the kind of people who value thoroughness, we take our hats off to Nancy -- she does not miss any detail, and always keeps the homeowner engaged and informed. On the day of the staging, we thought we came home to a "model house"! Nancy's idea to rework the layout of our furniture and change the way we use our space resulted in a more functional house. To add to this, she just made everything amazingly beautiful and pulled together. To say that Nancy did an amazing job is an understatement! We couldn't find words to describe how she amazingly staged our home so we will just let the numbers speak for themselves -- we had 72 booked showings in a span of 4 days, received 8 offers that prompted a bidding war, and eventually sold $25,000 over asking with no conditions! We will never sell another home without getting Nancy involved. She is a pleasure to work with, truly awesome in what she does, and simply the best home stager we've worked with!

Hossein and his team are truly professionals...they called before coming over, arrived on time, did excellent prep work so that our appliances and furniture won't get dusty, and did what they do best -- installed 14 potlights in the main floor of our home! But aside from the points above, which we are sure other potlight companies do as well, we highly recommend Hossein and his team for two more reasons: 1. VALUE ADDED SERVICE - Hossein saw that our kitchen is being lighted by 6 bulbs encased in a semi-flush light fixture. He pointed out that our low-hanging light fixture is making our small kitchen look smaller, and it doesn't help our electricity bill that we are using 6 bulbs to light such a small area! He suggested that we put 2 potlights instead. We followed his suggestion and what a difference it made! Sometimes, homeowners need a fresh pair of eye to point out things like this. We greatly appreciate Hossein's expert input regarding our kitchen lighting. 2. CONCERN - We showed Hossein our poorly lit stairs going down the basement, with the intention of having him put potlights to brighten the space. Unfortunately, after inspecting it, he said that he cannot put potlights anywhere over the stairs. We gave up on the idea of ever solving this lighting problem. But a few minutes later, Hossein surprised us by putting a light bulb at the bottom of our stairs, and it literally made us see our stair treads for the first time since we moved in the house! It was a thoughtful thing to do, and he did it for FREE! When we finally move to our new build home in Caledon, Hossein and his team will certainly be the first guys in our door to replace the builder's lights. :)

I called Andy because my parents just arrived in Canada and they need a great mattress. I wanted it to be made without chemicals, and it should be as comfortable as possible. Andy gave me a very good deal with the queen-size 7-zone latex mattress, which he said, is the the best they have in terms of natural mattresses. Andy just saved me $1,000 because I was about to purchase the same mattress in Sleep Country, which was on sale for $2,000! My parents are very happy with the mattress. We don't even have to air it out because it has no smell. Thank you, Andy!

Before moving in to a 15-year old home, we had Oliva Carpet Cleaning clean the carpets in our entire 2nd and 3rd floors (which were stained and filthy), including 2 flight of stairs -- and they did a GREAT JOB! We also had them clean our ducts and they even checked our furnace for free. Because I am pregnant and I have a 2-year old daughter, I am very particular with the product they use. Vi patiently explained to me their cleaning process as well as the natural disinfectants they use. I was very comforted and I am very happy that we decided to go with them...specially after I saw how clean the carpets were...and it was all done without using harmful chemicals. :)

After shopping around for hardwood floor suppliers/installers, we narrowed it down to 3 with the best rating at homestars PLUS the best price. After speaking with all of them, we felt most comfortable with Dov and decided to go with Invision. Best part is, he matched the price quotes given by the 2 others, which made the deal even sweeter. Moreover, despite the price reduction, we received the same quality of wood, baseboard, and service that we wanted when we started talking with Invision. With regards to the installation, they finished everything in a day and a half as scheduled and agreed upon. We will recommend them without hesitation for sure!
