I have only good things to say about our experience. I agreed to help my elderly in laws take care of some of the flooring in their house. Roy came over and explained the options. He was incredibly patient and attentive and I never felt that he was overselling. In fact, he encouraged them to consider a smaller project rather than a larger one. The company was also very good at keeping us informed throughout the process. They were always on time and quick to respond to all follow up questions we had. After the job was done a small detail needed changing. Roy immediately replied to the request and had someone over first thing the next morning. I would not hesitate to recommend Invision. Thanks.

Met Dov and Roy at a home show. My wife and I found them engaging and knowledgeable. Dov came to the house to evaluate, educate and recommend. We subsequently visited their showroom and together we picked out flooring (hand scrapped maple), paint and staircase materials/colours.

We needed to get the project done as quickly as possible as we have three dogs that need to be boarded. Since we were going away on vacation already, it made sense to have as much of the project done during that time. Dov and Roy made us feel comfortable to be able to do this and they coordinated all three components of the project, kept their timeline and left the place looking great and clean for our return. I got my hardwood done by Invision in January. My experience from beginning to end was top notch. Dov helped me choose my flooring providing only as much input as needed to point me in the right direction. After that the communication was constant and prompt all the way up to the install. Their installers did a great job and my floor turned out being absolutely beautiful. Even when there was a minor snafu in communication regarding what was involved in carpet removal, Dov came to my house to explain it and offered to meet me halfway on the difference. All in all, you get what you pay for, and Invision will get you your money's worth.
